Reserve a lesson

※Flow for Confirming Reservations
Reservations can be made from the "Lesson Reservation" section on the right side of the homepage.

①Click "Lesson Reservation."

②Review the "Privacy Notice" and close it.

③Select "Category," "Type," and "Product."

④Choose the date, number of participants, lesson start time, level (child's ski level), and quantity (number of participants) and add to the "Shopping Cart."

⑤Review the contents of the shopping cart and click "Next."
　＊「"Book Now" indicates availability for reservation.
　＊"Request" indicates no availability and sends a "Request" for a lesson.

➅Log in using one of the following methods:
　＊"Social Login" via social media.
　＊"Sign in with Email" for registered email users.
　＊"Register New Email" for new registrations.
This will guide you through "Register New Email."

⑦After entering customer information (please input the guardian's information), click "Proceed to Checkout."

⑧The screen will switch to the checkout process, where you need to confirm the details.
　Enter the information for those participating in the lesson.
　＊Use "Add Group Members" or "Assign Group Members" to enter the information of those actually taking the lesson.
　＊If multiple people are attending, enter all their information on this screen.

⑨Review the reservation details and click "Book Now" if everything is correct.
　＊"Book Now" is available if there are open spots. If not, it will become a "Request."

⑩Confirm the "Online Reservation Terms" and click "Agree" if there are no issues.

⑪The screen will switch to your reservation details, so please review them.
　＊The same information will be sent to your registered email.
　＊Payment for the lesson must be completed within one day of the reservation application.

⑫If everything looks good, click "Proceed to Payment" at the bottom right of the screen.

⑬The screen will switch to the payment site, where you will enter your card information and complete the payment.

⑭Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email, and your reservation will be confirmed.
　You can check the reservation details through the "Reservation Details" button in the email.

※Participant Restriction Terms:

To ensure your rights regarding ski lessons, please pay attention to the following participant guidelines:

Children's Course Age Limitations: This course is suitable for children aged 3 to 9 years old. If it is determined on-site that a participant is under 3 years old, the participant must pay the difference to transfer to a private lesson. If the class is fully booked and an instructor cannot be arranged, the school reserves the right to cancel the class and offer a 50% refund.

Children's Course Age Limitations (Over 9 years old): This course is suitable for children aged 3 to 9 years old. If it is determined on-site that a participant is over 9 years old, the participant must pay the difference and be transferred to an adult ski lesson. If the class is fully booked and an instructor cannot be arranged, the school reserves the right to cancel the class and offer a 50% refund.

Children with Special Needs : If your child has special needs (e.g., intellectual disabilities), please register for a private lesson. If you register for a group lesson, the difference will be charged on-site to transfer to a private lesson, depending on the situation. Similarly, if the class is fully booked and an instructor cannot be arranged, the school reserves the right to cancel the class and offer a 50% refund.

※About automatic cancellation:

Please note that if payment is not confirmed by the due date, the items included in this reservation will be automatically cancelled.

※Regarding 'Available Now' and 'Request' displayed below the price in the shopping cart:

The “Available Now” option has availability and is ready for booking.
The “Request” option indicates that there are no available slots, and it allows you to send a request for the lesson.
If your reservation becomes available from the “Request” you will be notified via the email address you registered.

※Cancellation Policy：

If you need to cancel your lesson, please notify us.
The following cancellation fees will apply:

・Group Lessons

2 days before the lesson: 50% cancellation fee

On the day of the lesson: 100% cancellation fee

・Private Lessons

3 days before the lesson: 100% cancellation fee

・Special Period Lessons

Cancellations for lessons during special periods will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

*Please note that once payment is made, a cancellation fee will apply for any reason for refunds.

*In case of rain, lessons will proceed as scheduled (we recommend bringing a change of clothes).

*If there is insufficient snow, lessons may be conducted indoors at Naeba for safety reasons.
