※Participant Restriction Terms:

To ensure your rights regarding ski lessons, please pay attention to the following participant guidelines:

Children's Course Age Limitations: This course is suitable for children aged 3 to 6 years old. If it is determined on-site that a participant is under 3 years old, the participant must pay the difference to transfer to a private lesson. If the class is fully booked and an instructor cannot be arranged, the school reserves the right to cancel the class and offer a 50% refund.

 

Children's Course Age Limitations (Over 6 years old): This course is suitable for children aged 3 to 6 years old. If it is determined on-site that a participant is over 6 years old, the participant must pay the difference and be transferred to an adult ski lesson. If the class is fully booked and an instructor cannot be arranged, the school reserves the right to cancel the class and offer a 50% refund.

 

Children with Special Needs : If your child has special needs (e.g., intellectual disabilities), please register for a private lesson. If you register for a group lesson, the difference will be charged on-site to transfer to a private lesson, depending on the situation. Similarly, if the class is fully booked and an instructor cannot be arranged, the school reserves the right to cancel the class and offer a 50% refund.

※About automatic cancellation:

Please note that if payment is not confirmed by the due date, the items included in this reservation will be automatically cancelled.

※Regarding 'Available Now' and 'Request' displayed below the price in the shopping cart:

The “Available Now” option has availability and is ready for booking. 
The “Request” option indicates that there are no available slots, and it allows you to send a request for the lesson.
If your reservation becomes available from the “Request”  you will be notified via the email address you registered.

※Cancellation Policy：

If you need to cancel your lesson, please notify us.
The following cancellation fees will apply:

・Group Lesson・

Cancellation fee from the time of booking up to 2 days prior: A cancellation fee of JPY 3,000 will be charged.
Cancellations made 1 day before the lesson: 50% of the lesson fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations on the day of the lesson: 100% of the lesson fee will be charged.

・Private Lesson・

Cancellation fee from the time of booking up to 4 days prior: A cancellation fee of JPY 3,000 will be charged.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the lesson: 100% of the lesson fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

 

・Special Dates・

2026/12/19-2027/1/10&2027/1/30-2027/2/14

All cancellations for courses booked during these
special periods will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

【Notice Regarding Pick-up Time】
To ensure the smooth operation of our lessons and to safeguard the safety of every child, we kindly ask all parents to pick up your child promptly at the end of the lesson.
As we have limited on-site staff, your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

If you are unable to pick up your child on time, the following late pick-up fees will apply to maintain staff scheduling and on-site operations:
・10 to 29 minutes late: ¥5,000
・30 minutes late: ¥10,000
・After 30 minutes: ¥5,000 will be added for every additional 15 minutes
※ Please understand that the above fees will be charged regardless of the reason, in order to maintain fair and efficient operations.
